3. Booking
Policy
• Booking shall be confirmed only after
receiving the required payment.
• Customers must provide accurate traveler information.
• Prices are subject to change until final confirmation.
• Tripora Journeys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its
discretion.
• Incorrect customer information may result in denied services without refund.
4. Payment
Terms
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank
transfer, QR payment, or approved online payment methods.
• Partial or full advance payment may be required depending on the package.
• Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in automatic
cancellation.
• Payment confirmation shall be treated as acceptance of all Terms &
Conditions and cancellation policies.
• Digital records including invoices, WhatsApp confirmations, emails, OTP
verification, and payment gateway logs shall constitute valid proof of
transaction.

Cancellation Policy
30 Days or More Before Departure – 25%
Cancellation Charges
15 to 29 Days Before Departure – 50% Cancellation Charges
8 to 14 Days Before Departure – 75% Cancellation Charges
0 to 7 Days Before Departure – 100% Non-Refundable
• Customized packages and promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
• No refund shall be applicable after utilization of any service.
• No refund shall be provided for no-shows, delayed arrivals, or unused
services.
6. Refund
Policy
• Eligible refunds will be processed within
7–14 business days.
• Payment gateway charges, GST, and administrative fees may be deducted.
• Refunds shall be processed only to the original payment source wherever
applicable.

Limitation of Liability
Tripora Journeys acts solely as an
intermediary between customers and third-party service providers.
Tripora Journeys shall not be liable for:
• Hotel issues or service deficiencies
• Transportation delays or breakdowns
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• Injury, illness, accident, or property damage
• Natural disasters or weather disruptions
• Government restrictions or force majeure events
8. Digital
Acceptance & Electronic Consent
By making payment or confirming any
booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Terms & Conditions,
cancellation policies, and refund policies have been read and accepted.
WhatsApp messages, invoices, emails, OTP verification, website checkbox
acceptance, payment gateway records, and digital communication logs shall be
treated as legally valid proof of customer authorization and service agreement.
9.
Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate false,
fraudulent, or unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after booking
confirmation or successful service delivery.
Tripora Journeys reserves the right to:
• Contest and legally defend chargeback disputes
• Submit invoices, payment confirmations, WhatsApp chats, emails, IP logs,
traveler details, and communication records as evidence
• Recover financial losses, penalties, legal expenses, and administrative
charges from the customer
• Suspend or permanently block future bookings
• Initiate legal proceedings under applicable Indian laws
10.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be
governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes related to bookings, payments, services, refunds, cancellations,
or chargebacks shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts
located in Aravalli District, Gujarat, India.
